    Sarah Randall, a Certified ESDM therapist and coach, brings a wealth of experience in Early Childhood Teaching and Paediatric Healthcare.

    With over 12 years of working with children in various care settings, Sarah has a diverse background encompassing therapy delivery and coaching. Her expertise spans paediatric clinical healthcare, Early Years Education, P-ESDM Research Officer in clinic settings, and involvement in studies such as the University of Sydney Parent-ESDM Oxytocin Study.

    Sarah is committed to coaching families, mentoring ESDM Therapist trainees, and advocating for the inclusion of children on the autism spectrum. Her goal as a Certified ESDM therapist is to help parents grasp their child’s learning style, integrating ESDM principles into daily routines through reflective practice.

    Since 2015, I have immersed myself in the world of Early Childhood Education, where children and families have become my passion and purpose. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact that quality early intervention and support can have on the lives of young children and their families.

    It was during this journey that I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah, a colleague whose enthusiasm for Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapy, was contagious. Sarah encouraged me to explore the ESDM course, recognising my dedication to supporting children and families in need.

    My experience working in various early childhood settings highlighted the necessity for comprehensive tools and approaches to effectively support children with developmental differences. The ESDM course presented itself as the missing piece of the puzzle, offering a structured framework to enhance my practice and better serve the families under my care.

    Driven by a desire to provide the best possible support, I eagerly embraced the opportunity to delve into the ESDM course and became a certified therapist. Since then, I have been committed to integrating ESDM principles into my work, empowering children to reach their full potential and supporting families on their unique journey. I am grateful for the guidance and encouragement of mentors like Sarah, whose support has been instrumental in shaping my professional journey. As I continue to grow and evolve in this field, I am excited about the possibilities ahead and the positive impact we can make together.
