Sarah Randall - Founder
ESDM Superheroes was established by Sarah Randall in 2024. Sarah has dedicated her career to supporting children with Autism and other developmental delays since 2012. In 2020, she was introduced to the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) during her journey as an ESDM therapist in Sydney, Australia. The core principles of ESDM have significantly influenced Sarah's understanding of Autism and her approach to assisting children in overcoming its challenges.
Sarah’s dedication and passion for the field led her to befriend a team of like-minded professionals who shared the same vision. Together, they have embarked on the ESDM innovative programs that have equipped them with ESDM techniques, approaches and strategies tailored to each child's unique needs.
ESDM Superheroes mission is to be a beacon of hope for many families. The organisation emphasise’s the importance of early intervention and work tirelessly to provide accessible, high-quality support. Their holistic approach not only focuses on the children but also extended to empowering parents and caregivers with the tools and knowledge needed to foster their child's development. We're a gang of therapists on a mission to shape mini superheroes who rock their family, the neighbourhood and the schools. For us, the secret to success lies in the magical bonds - the connection between your kiddo and their ESDM Superhero. Sure, we go by the title of therapists, but we prefer being a Superhero for your little legend, a helpful play-partner, a trusted friend and a super role model.
With a blend of evidence-based practices and a sprinkle of fun, we dive into the world of Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapy.
